2015
Laying the Foundation
Dream Chaser began with a mission to bring ideas to life through professional real estate visuals. Our first project was a 2D floor plan for Vastgoedpromotie, a real estate company in the Netherlands. With a small but passionate team, we focused on quality services like floor plans, photo and video editing, and artist impressions. Working with tight deadlines and high standards, we built trust through consistency and care—laying the foundation for the global service Dream Chaser offers today.
2018
Scaling Up & Gaining Trust
After our successful first project with Vastgoedpromotie, we took the next big step by partnering with ZIEN24—one of the leading real estate media companies in the Netherlands. This opened the door to larger volumes, tighter deadlines, and higher expectations. We scaled our team, improved our systems, and maintained a strong focus on quality. By consistently delivering reliable and professional results, we earned the trust of more clients and expanded our reach in the European real estate market.
